Submitting Artwork
! This guide is currently somewhat out of date, using the calculations in here is fine, but if you're confused about why some numbers aren't lining up, I still need to update this guide!
The core of the game - submitting your own artwork to be used in the game.
Both artwork featuring characters from the game (game art) and artwork made outside of the game can be submit for levels and coins.
The two types of artwork are graded differently however, and award levels differently.
Coins are always Levels Earned \* 50
Art Calculator : Now available! This feature replaces the need for doing the level calculations yourself, and allows for the answering of some questions and getting the total levels earned automatically. You can access it through the Submissions menu.
How to Submit Artwork
Artwork Submission is now available through both the bot and the website; there are multiple ways to submit your artwork, depending on whether you want to submit game art or other art and whether you'd like to do the calculations manually or have the program do them for you. There is still some instability and need for testing with the art calculators especially, so please let me know if you run into any issues.
Level Calculation \- Game Artwork
Game Artwork, or more simply, any artwork made for the game featuring game characters is graded in the following manner :

Pick One Per Species
Pokémon
- Base Stage: +0 levels
- First Evolution: +1 level
- Final Stage: +2 levels
- Second Evolution: +3 levels
- Doesn't Evolve: +3 levels
Digimon
- Baby/Fresh: +0 levels
- Rookie: +1 level
- Champion: +3 levels
- Above Champion: +5 levels
Other
- Trainer/Human: +3 levels
- Yokai: +3 levels
Modifiers
The following modifiers can be applied to characters for additional levels:
- Paradox: +2 levels
- Ultra Beast: +2 levels
- Mega: +2 levels
- Legendary: +3 levels
- Mythical: +3 levels
- Regional: +1 level
- Fusion: +2 levels
- Gigantamax: +2 levels
- Dynamax: +1 level
- Alpha: +1 level
For Player Characters and Official NPCs there is an additional 'trainer bonus' of +4 levels that can be added to any of mon that belongs to them (in the case of player characters) or any mon of your choosing (in the case of NPCs)
Bonuses

You should pick a value for each pertaining category such as :
Inked (or equivalent), flat color, half-body, trainer, simple background \= 13 levels
So the trainer in the level would earn 13 levels.
Background applies to each monster/trainer.
Complexity Bonuses Stack, and are added for each species. So a 3 monster fusion gets 3 complexity bonuses.
Levels Over 100 :
Levels over 100 are automatically converted to coins, and earn you bonus levels for other monsters, which have to be manually calculated.
For every 2 levels over 100, 1 level can be added to any monster/trainer of the same trainer as the level 100\.
You should enter both the Level 100’s levels and the awarded bonus levels (folded into whomever’s levels) to receive proper bonuses.
Level Calculation \- Other Art
You can submit other artwork, made for external reasons, be it commissions, other doodles, personal artwork, etc.
For these, you get a flat amount of levels, per character in the artwork, depending on finish level as :

You can then submit what trainer/monster(s) you want to receive the levels to get rewards.
Note : Gameplay Art
For many features of the game such as evolution or egg hatching there’s an option to use artwork to access these features, artwork can and should be submitted for both levels AND the gameplay feature pertaining. Prompts, Egg Hatching, Evolution etc do not calculate level/coin rewards and should be handled separately here.
